1. Introduction

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Somethingbe, a digital services platform operated under Invensef Enterprise, a concern of Invensef Group.

By purchasing our services, you agree to this policy.


2. Nature of Services

Somethingbe provides digital, professional, and service-based solutions, including accounting, tax, legal, and digital support services.

Due to the intangible nature of these services, traditional “returns” do not apply once a service has been delivered or initiated.


3. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

3.1 Before Service Commencement

  • Full or partial refund may be granted if the client cancels the service before work has started
  • Any processing or administrative fees may be deducted

3.2 After Service Commencement

  • Refunds are generally not applicable once work has started
  • Partial refunds may be considered only if:
    • Work progress is minimal, and
    • A valid reason is provided and approved by Somethingbe

3.3 Non-Delivery of Service

  • If Somethingbe fails to deliver the agreed service due to internal reasons, a full or partial refund may be issued

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Work has been completed and delivered
  • Client changes mind after service initiation
  • Delays caused by client (late documents, lack of communication)
  • Rejection or delay by government authorities (e.g., tax, VAT, trademark, trade license)
  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
  • Services already submitted to third-party or government systems

5. Government & Third-Party Fees

  • Any government fees, registration charges, or third-party costs are strictly non-refundable
  • These fees are paid to external authorities and are beyond Somethingbe’s control

6. Revision Policy

  • We offer reasonable revisions based on the original service scope
  • Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges
  • Revisions do not qualify for refunds

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients must request cancellation via official communication (email or WhatsApp)
  • Cancellation requests are subject to review and approval
  • Once approved, any eligible refund will be processed

8. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or agreed alternative

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute:

  • Clients are encouraged to contact Somethingbe for resolution
  • We aim to resolve issues professionally and fairly
  • Final decisions regarding refunds rest with Somethingbe management

10. Changes to Policy

Somethingbe reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website.
